- Our Apartment: Moved in February 14th, 2014, we leased out the Boxwood floor plan, which is 1,337 square feet. It includes a master bedroom, master bathroom, and a study.
We pay $3, 304 every month to lease this bad boy. We are on the 19th floor, looking over the Toyota Center. We love it but we also hate it. We have top of the line finishes, appliances, and service, but you definitely pay for it. We plan on staying one year, and then moving to a more sensibly priced apartment.
We have oak flooring, which I am not a fan of. It seems to scratch easily and when I mop it, it feels sticky. The kitchen finishes include black granite, cheery cabinets and a creme tile as a backsplash.
Our bathroom has slate, which is nice because it is slip resistant but the
color is not my fav. We also have the same color tone for the granite. Ehh...
But our soaker tub is awesome.
The best thing about our apartment is our view. Bryan and I like to go out here after Beau falls asleep and soak it all in. It really is beautiful with the lights.
- Our Pool: I have had people ask me if our pool really looks like it does in the advertising pictures.
